Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB) invites an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end AI/GenAI initiatives. You will define strategy, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and quality, while embedding governance for ethics and data privacy.

You will partner with senior leadership and product teams to translate technical concepts into business value, monitor risks, and drive change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in program management, with at least 2 years in AI/GenAI or digital transformation.
• Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Technical knowledge of AML/KYC risk management concepts.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies and data analytics is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI/GenAI program roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for AI/GenAI adoption across business units.
• Develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and technical experts.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams for AI projects.
• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Establish governance for AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive organizational readiness for AI adoption through training and communications.
• Measure and report on program success and business impact.
