Job summary

Manulife Singapore seeks a Senior Data Scientist to design, delivery, and advance AI and GenAI solutions across the organization. You will partner with business and technology teams to map requirements to scalable AI products, serving as AI Product Owner for domain AI offerings.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI expertise, governance, and delivering measurable business outcomes through scalable AI solutions and collaboration across global AI teams.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in AI, ML, and advanced analytics, preferably in consulting or financial services.
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Math, CS, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
• Experience translating ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI solutions and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define domain AI strategy with business leaders and shape AI product roadmaps.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives as AI Product Owner across cross-functional teams.
• Prototype, test, and iterate AI solutions with business users.
