Job summary

Manulife Singapore seeks a strategic Head of AI and Data to drive transformation into a data- and AI-driven organisation. You will lead the development of analytics and data platform strategies, ensuring governance, scalability, and business value across senior leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years’ leadership experience in data platforms, analytics, AI, and governance.
Proven track record in designing and implementing AI and Data strategies, driving digital transformation.
Experience leading enterprise-wide process transformation and translating AI investment into measurable outcomes.
Deep understanding of the insurance/financial services landscape in Asia.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute a comprehensive data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to redesign priority end-to-end processes for measurable impact.
Integrate AI and Data technologies, including cloud-based solutions, to enhance scalability and customer experience.
Build organisation-wide AI literacy and adoption through a structured capability-building programme.
