Firmus Technologies in Singapore seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to define and deliver the AI & Applications roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable features and releases. You will coordinate AI engineers, inference and optimization teams, DevOps, and security to ensure release readiness, risk mitigation, and measurable outcomes, reporting to Head of AI & Applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, delivery management, or a comparable technical leadership role.
• Strong ownership of complex, multi-team technical product roadmaps with interdependent software, platform, infrastructure, and security workstreams.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML platforms and applications, including training, fine-tuning, inference, benchmarking, and optimization.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic priorities into a prioritized product portfolio, quarterly roadmap, and sprint-level delivery plan.
• Lead product-definition activities for new capabilities with clear success criteria.
• Coordinate planning across AI engineers, application engineers, DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure, and Security.
