Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Consultant ICT Infrastructure Engineer to oversee multi‑priority AI platform deployments. You will partner with Data Science and Product Management to productionise AI products on on‑premises and cloud platforms, shaping secure, scalable infrastructure.

You will translate business needs into robust designs, manage operations, improve SOPs, and drive automation while ensuring compliance with security standards and enterprise policies.

Qualifications

• Experience building, securing, and operating enterprise AI platforms on AWS or on‑premises.
• Hands‑on with DevSecOps, MLOps and/or LLMOps pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code, automation, and Python.
• Knowledge of IAM, security risks and controls for AI/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to meet platform availability, reliability and resilience requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI platform designs.
• Collaborate with service providers to deploy and configure secure AI infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Act as point of contact for new AI product initiatives, supporting design and testing.
• Manage AI platform operations and address queries from data scientists and product managers.
• Improve runbooks and SOPs, and adhere to compliance mandates.
• continually improve AI platform experience through new features and automation.
• Assist in AI platform design reviews and security improvements.
