Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD is seeking a Senior Consultant ICT Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operation of enterprise AI platforms.

The role involves collaborating with Data Science, Product Management, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure AI infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments. You will drive platform reliability, implement IaC, and optimize workflows while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Hands-on experience building and operating enterprise Data Science and AI platforms.
• Experience with AI pipelines (DevSecOps/MLOps/LLMOps) and container services.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) such as Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects meeting platform availability, reliability, and resilience requirements.
• Translate business requirements into platform infrastructure designs.
• Design, deploy, and configure resilient, secure AI infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with architecture and security standards and policies.
• Act as the point of contact for new AI product initiatives and testing.
• Manage AI platform operations and address queries from Data Scientists and Product Managers.
• Improve runbooks and SOPs while adhering to compliance mandates.
• Continually improve the AI platform experience and automate where possible.
• Assist in AI platform design reviews and security improvements.
