Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to accelerate AI transformation by building and managing partnerships across industry, academia, and international partners. You will develop engagement strategies and drive change management to raise AI adoption within MINDEF/SAF.

Applicants should have 6+ years in stakeholder engagement or related areas, with strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships or communications.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated planning and coordination capabilities.
• Experience working with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive change management initiatives to raise AI adoption awareness.
• Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies for AI transformation.
• Support MINDEF/SAF AI publicity and strategic communications.
• Engage stakeholders to align priorities and initiatives.
• Build partnerships across AI ecosystems including industry, academia, and international partners.
