Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior observability architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise monitoring across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will lead the evaluation and deployment of Splunk ITSI, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, and AppDynamics to deliver reliable service health and proactive incident management. You will develop dashboards, alerts, and SLIs/SLOs while integrating with ServiceNow, CMDB, CI mappings, and service mapping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or IT with strong IT operations background.
• 15+ years of experience in AIOps, observability, or related IT operations roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI and enterprise observability platforms.
• Proven experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise observability solutions across cloud environments.
• Architect and maintain observability stacks using Splunk ITSI, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, and AppDynamics.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, alerts, and service health monitoring.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and telemetry to investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Apply AIOps, ML, and predictive analytics for proactive incident management.
• Integrate observability platforms with ServiceNow, CMDB, CI relationships, and service mapping.
• Automate monitoring using Python, Linux, Ansible, and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, and operations teams to improve reliability.
