Job summary

Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced AIOps Engineer to advance intelligent IT operations through observability, predictive analytics, and automation.

You will design and optimize Splunk ITSI dashboards, monitor real-time health, perform root cause analysis, apply machine learning for anomaly detection, integrate ServiceNow CMDB/CI with Splunk, and develop automation scripts using Python and Linux to support ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI or similar observability platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, including CMDB and CI relationships.
• Experience with Machine Learning for anomaly detection/predictive analytics.
• Proficient in scripting, particularly Python/Linux.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, glass tables, and service maps
• Monitor system health and investigate real-time issues and anomalies
• Perform root cause analysis using observability data
• Apply Machine Learning for anomaly detection and predictive analytics
• Integrate and maintain ServiceNow CMDB/CIs with Splunk
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Linux, or similar tools
• Support ITIL processes and modern IT operations practices
