Join a fast-paced engineering/design/product team to create shared AI tooling, secure runtimes, and integration points that empower multiple product squads to ship faster with AI.

You will work across engineering tooling and product teams to deploy AI-enabled workflows, evaluate new models, and shape the future of human-AI collaboration within government tech.

Qualifications

• Shipped/maintained production software across teams.
• Built developer-facing tooling (libraries, CLIs, internal tools).
• Experience with LLMs/APIs and integrating AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build shared AI tooling: runtimes, gateways, prompt mgmt, internal MCP servers; partner with engineering tooling team.
• Collaborate with product teams to adopt AI-native workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Monitor/assess new models/tools; champion adoption and alignment with team goals.
