Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a product operations professional to scale its AI automation platform and drive adoption across government agencies. You will onboard use cases, channel feedback to product teams, and implement data-driven operational improvements to support growth.

You will also design and oversee user engagement, risk management, and go-to-market plans, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating across diverse teams to deliver measurable outcomes for public sector digital

• Drive best practices for product operations across large or multiple domains.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve decision-making.
• Own user support and engagement strategies end-to-end.
• Develop risk and incident management to ensure compliance.
• Own broad projects, translate goals into actionable plans.
• Ensure operational excellence in product go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor juniors, share knowledge and raise team productivity.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and resolve disagreements.
• Transition into people management with regular check-ins.
