Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Senior / AI Native Builder for AI Central in Singapore. You will build, productise, and deploy AI-powered products, MVPs, and reusable assets in live client contexts across Singapore and APAC, shaping solutions that scale.

You will work directly with senior leaders and the Chief AI Officer to turn client opportunities into tangible outcomes. Bring hands-on Python/JavaScript, ML/AI delivery experience, and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted
• Strong hands-on engineering with Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Experience delivering AI/ML/generative AI solutions in real-world settings
• Ability to balance experimentation with engineering discipline including security and reliability
• Excellent communication and ability to translate business needs to technical execution

Responsibilities

• Lead client problem statements to working MVP or deployable AI solution
• Translate challenges into product hypotheses and execution plans
• Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software, orchestration, automation, and design tools
• Advise leaders on AI investment priorities and build-versus-buy decisions
• Drive fast experiments and iterative delivery cycles with clients
• Contribute reusable patterns and playbooks for AI delivery across sectors
