Job summary

NCS is seeking a Senior AI Native Builder within AI Central to turn client challenges into AI-powered MVPs and scalable assets across Singapore and the APAC region.

You will own the AI delivery methodology for a sector vertical, mentor engineers, and help shape early-stage products with real-world impact in regulated environments.

This role demands independent thinking, strong stakeholder communication, and a pragmatic, value-driven approach to building reliable, secure AI systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML/generative AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tooling, LLM patterns, orchestration frameworks, automation, evaluation, and model limitations.
• Ability to balance experimentation with sound engineering discipline, including security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, translating business needs into technical execution at executive level.
• Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver outcomes at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the journey from client problem to working prototype, MVP, or deployable solution.
• Translate business challenges into clear product hypotheses, technical approaches, and execution plans.
• Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools.
• Advise client leaders on AI investment priorities, architecture decisions, and build-versus-buy choices.
• Drive fast experiments and iterative delivery to validate desirability, feasibility, and value.
• Contribute reusable patterns and playbooks to scale AI-native delivery across sectors and geographies.
