Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior AI Native Builder within AI Central to turn client challenges into AI-powered products, MVPs, and reusable assets across APAC. You will work in live client contexts to design, build, and deploy AI solutions for regulated sectors.

You will lead from problem to prototype, collaborate with client leaders on AI investments, and balance speed with security, scalability, and maintainability across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on engineering in Python/JS or similar languages with production-grade apps.
• 1–3 years delivering AI/ML or generative AI in real-world settings.
• Solid understanding of modern AI tooling: LLM patterns, orchestration, automation, evaluation, model limits.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and deliver outcomes quickly.
• Strong product instinct, engineering depth, business sense, critical thinking, and technical judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the journey from client problem to MVP or deployable AI solution.
• Translate business challenges into product hypotheses, technical plans, and execution paths.
• Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, orchestration, and automation.
• Drive rapid experiments and iterative delivery to validate desirability, feasibility, and value.
