Job summary

Evolution Singapore is seeking a senior Platform Lead to own the platform strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle across Name Screening, Transaction Monitoring and risk scoring systems. You will lead architecture governance, drive data integration efforts and coordinate with vendors to ensure scalable, compliant delivery.

The role demands 10+ years in IT with strong SQL, big data experience and familiarity with AI/ML tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience in system analysis, data platforms, or technical leadership.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Able to read/understand Unix/Linux scripts, Python or Java code for troubleshooting.
• Hands-on development experience is advantageous but not required.
• Exposure to generative AI or ML platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with big data environments (Cloudera CDP, Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
• Ability to evaluate solution options, scalability and operational considerations.
• Experience coordinating with infra, apps teams, vendors and partners.
• Experience supporting production systems and conducting root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy, roadmap and service lifecycle management.
• Provide technical leadership for screening, monitoring and risk platforms.
• Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with standards.
• Manage platform enhancements, BAU, model onboarding and regulatory changes.
• Drive delivery across analysts, managers and vendors.
• Oversee ETL engineering, data integration and data quality initiatives.
• Partner with Core Services on stability, capacity planning and DR readiness.
• Support governance activities (Pre-ITC, Architecture Review, Security Review).
• Own vendor performance, technical direction and project escalation.
