Job summary

nscale operations apac pte. ltd. is seeking a senior escalation-focused engineer to own GPU/HPC incidents in our production environments across Asia-Pacific.

You will diagnose complex issues across driver, firmware, and hardware layers, coordinate with Infrastructure Engineering, Network Operations, and Product Engineering, and drive long-term fixes. You will lead on-call rotations, mentor mid-level engineers, automate diagnostics, and develop runbooks and dashboards to prevent repeat incidents

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure operations and production support.

• Join the Support duty rotation as a senior escalation point, collaborating with multiple engineering and product teams on incidents, investigations, and changes.
