Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking a senior AI and Advanced Technology Catalyst to lead applied AI initiatives across the full innovation cycle for health insurance and digital health products.

The role demands deep expertise in statistics, ML, NLP, CV, and Generative/Agentic AI, with a track record of guiding teams and delivering value in healthcare, operations, and consumer experience. You will mentor junior contributors and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in applying Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence to solve business problems, with at least 8 years in an innovation-focused role and 2–3 years mentoring junior staff.
• Proven success in delivering business value via AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI across problem discovery to production handover.
• Experience solving industry-scale healthcare problems and creating intellectual property and patents.
• Proven ability to work with Product and Engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge features in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder communication with senior leadership and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Applied-AI-based innovation to build cutting-edge products and capabilities from problem discovery to production handover.
• Oversee a small team (2–3) of junior ICs; allocate tasks and review their work across sprints.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate pilots into production, driving impact for Amplify Health’s customers.
