Job summary

ABeam Consulting seeks a seasoned AI leader to drive strategic planning, governance, and execution of AI and GenAI initiatives across the enterprise. You will lead cross-functional teams, build chatbot/workflows on Microsoft tech, and evaluate LLMs while ensuring security and compliance.

You will mentor teams, develop training programs, and align AI programs with business goals, contributing to digital transformation and customer value across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AI/Data Science or related field with Azure/Data Science certifications.
• 12+ years in IT with 8+ years applying AI to real solutions.
• Strong background in AI/GenAI tech, ML/DL, NLP, and LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement governance for AI/GenAI initiatives and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-department collaboration to align AI projects with business goals.
• Design and build chatbot and automation workflows using Microsoft tech.
• Evaluate large language models from key market providers.
• Deliver training and upskill employees on AI tools.
• Ensure security and compliance for AI solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintain AI systems.
