Job summary

ABeam Consulting is seeking a senior professional to define and govern the AI/GenAI and data capability roadmap across business units. You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights, and lead analysis, documentation, and design activities.

You will identify high-value AI use cases, advise on tools like Power BI, Tableau, Azure AI, and ensure compliance with privacy and ethical standards while driving adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years in business analysis, solution design, or product management in IT, with 5+ years in AI/ML and data tech.
• Proven AI initiative leadership across ideation to implementation in regulated industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data lifecycle, and model deployment; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau.

• Define and maintain the AI/GenAI and data capability roadmap in alignment with enterprise strategy, ensuring governance and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with architects, solution teams, and stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and champion AI adoption across business units.
• Lead business analysis and solution design activities, including requirement documentation, gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments, while developing user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Identify and assess high-value AI and data use cases, support prototyping and solution design (e.g., chatbots, predictive models, automation workflows), and advise on tools such as MS OpenAI, Power Platform, Azure AI services, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, ethical AI, and regulatory standards, working closely with risk and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
• Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and support change management initiatives to drive successful adoption of AI and data solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Monitor performance and business impact of deployed solutions, lead post-implementation reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management within the IT industry, with at least 5 years working with AI/ML and data technologies such as GenAI, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Proven track record of leading AI-related business initiatives from ideation through to implementation, with experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and model deployment, with familiarity in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (basic), and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Ability to interpret data science outputs and translate them into actionable business insights, including practical experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to write clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Experience facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to mentor business analysts and teams, with a strategic mindset to align AI initiatives with business goals and enterprise architecture.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
