Job summary
Ernst & Young LLP is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to shape and deliver AI-enabled solutions for Assurance. You will work with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into practical AI requirements, providing technical direction and governance for scalable delivery.
You will guide AI adoption with a focus on quality, usability, and responsible implementation while staying aligned with regulatory expectations and enterprise risk management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI, ML, data science, software engineering, or applied tech delivery.
- Hands-on experience building or evaluating AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, model governance, risk, and validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead exploration and application of emerging AI capabilities for Assurance use cases.
- Partner with product and engineering to translate business needs into AI requirements.
- Provide technical direction to development teams for AI design, build, test, and delivery.
- Support AI-enabled product development from concept through delivery with quality and scalability.
- Help define best practices for AI solution design, validation, monitoring, and improvement.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges early with cross-functional teams.
- Advise stakeholders on AI adoption, governance, risk considerations, and implementation approaches.
- Stay current with AI market trends, regulatory expectations, and enterprise adoption patterns.
- Contribute to reusable methods, playbooks, and delivery governance for Assurance.
