Job summary

ST Engineering Geo-Insights Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions for geospatial applications. You will architect scalable ML systems and work with software engineers to integrate AI components into end-to-end platforms.

You will own model performance and system reliability, driving MLOps practices, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, while mentoring engineers and guiding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production ML experience.
• Strong ML/DL foundation and model optimization.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks PyTorch / scikit-learn.
• Experience deploying ML services with API development and containers.
• Familiarity with geospatial data and MLOps is a plus.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will provide technical leadership in the design and delivery of production-grade AI solutions for geospatial applications. You will architect, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning systems, working closely with software engineers and product teams to integrate AI components into end-to-end platforms. Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience delivering production machine learning solutions.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including model development, evaluation, and optimization.
• Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn) and computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV).
• Experience with deploying and operating ML services, including API development (e.g., Flask / FastAPI / Node.JS) and containerisation (e.g. Docker).
• Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, retrieval optimization, and graph databases is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor and work effectively across teams.
