Job summary

ST Engineering Geo-Insights Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Space Engineer (SSA) to develop analytics engines and software for autonomous space situational awareness. You will integrate diverse data sources and work with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-ready solutions in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on SSA experience, strong programming in Python and C/C++, and familiarity with tools like STK, GMAT, and Orekit.

• Apply hands-on space situational awareness experience to shape platform concepts of operation, workflows and product priorities.
• Participate in testing, verification, and validation of software components.
• Generate and maintain software development documentation.
• Provide necessary software maintenance, training, and consultancy to users of deployed software.
• Participate in the definition and development of future products.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams across organizations.

AsAI Space Engineer (SSA), you will be working with a team of professional engineers to challenge status quo, think different, thrive in ambiguity to meet mission objectives of our customers. You will work closely with other cross functional teams, Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers to deliver quality Space Situation Awareness systems to our customers.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge n Astrophysics, Computer Science or similar field.


• Hands-on experience in operational space situational awareness, ideally within EU SST, or national space agency or equivalent operational organisation.


• Comfortable working with C#, ReactJs, Python,


• Knowledge in machine learning and deep learning technologies.


• Proficient in Python, C/C++ programming and experience with libraries such as openCV.


• Knowledge of satellite orbital mechanics and experiences in using tools like STK, GMAT, Orekit.


• Able to communicate in English and work in a fluid, innovative environment.
