Job summary

Ttsh is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalise AI-powered solutions within the Division of Informatics & Data. You will model, simulate, and optimise to improve patient care and health services, with cloud-native deployment and scalable production-grade models.

You will collaborate with clinicians and IT teams, translate domain needs into analytics, and contribute to data science strategy across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and implementing data science solutions in healthcare.
• Advanced skills in statistical modelling, machine learning, deep learning, with hands‑on experience in AI engineering including model serving, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions from data extraction and cleaning to model training and deployment on cloud infrastructure.
• Translate clinical requirements into analytical solutions and drive adoption of model outputs in workflows.
• Develop a coherent, institution-wide data science strategy and participate in research collaborations and publications."
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts; support quality improvement and organisational development.
