Job summary

The role involves working with complex healthcare datasets, building predictive models, and deploying AI/ML solutions to support clinical and administrative needs. You will lead data-driven initiatives, ensure data quality, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Recognised STEM degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Skilled in M365 apps (Power Apps, Access, Excel, Word) and automation tools (UiPath, VBA).
• Strong in statistical analysis, forecasting, simulation modelling, and operations research.
• Experience with ETL, unstructured data handling, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of text analytics, clustering, machine learning, and AI project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop predictive models and AI/ML solutions to support clinical and operational needs.
• Lead data-driven and digital strategic initiatives and ensure data quality and governance.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to advance patient care delivery and collaborate with stakeholders.
