Job summary

AITIS (AITI Solutions) seeks MSc-educated Data Scientist/Engineer to develop, test, and optimize AI-powered solutions across healthcare, construction safety, and environmental monitoring. You will handle data analysis, model development, and AI system validation for multiple projects.

Responsibilities include testing AI models for accuracy and bias, feature engineering, and collaboration with engineers to deploy solutions.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Data Science, AI, ML, CS or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Matplotlib, Power BI, Seaborn).
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, deep learning, and AI model interpretability.
• Ability to work with large datasets, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and validation of AI models, focusing on accuracy, bias detection, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement ML models for predictive analytics and automation.
• Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering on large datasets.
• Optimize AI models through performance testing and real-world validation.
• Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to integrate AI into existing systems.
• Work with structured and unstructured data ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advances and apply them to projects.
