Job summary

SECOND TALENT SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer in Singapore to take AI-powered solutions from PoC to production.

You will lead analytics and AI-driven projects, design AI products on Agentic AI frameworks, and build AI agents for real business use cases. Responsibilities include architecting frontend/backend solutions, improving workflows with automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on Agile delivery and deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on development of AI-powered agents and applications.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and related tooling.
• Strong knowledge of data science concepts and web app development.
• Experience with cloud platforms and Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analytics, ML, and AI-driven solutions for business insights.
• Design, build, and deploy AI products using Agentic AI frameworks for real use cases.
• Construct and maintain AI-powered agents from PoC to production.
• Design software across frontend/back-end with cloud/data architecture in mind.
• Improve engineering workflows via automation and reusable components.
• Perform functional and performance testing to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, requirements, and Agile delivery.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle from roadmap to deployment and improvement.
