Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sales Operations professional to partner with the Workflow Leader and drive forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and strategic revenue initiatives in a fast-paced software sales environment.

You will coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Order Management to ensure accurate booked opportunities, licensing compliance, and pricing policies while supporting the Sales organization and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision-making.
• 2-4 years of proven Sales Operations experience in a software sales organization.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Business Partner and Advisory for the Workflow Leader.
• Attend and participate in forecast meetings supporting Sales Management.
• Perform pipeline reviews and establish best practices for forecast accuracy.
• Lead fiscal planning for the workflow with cross-functional leaders.
