Job summary

Praxy is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Quality Engineering (SDET) to own the testing foundations across the platform, designing architectures, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integrations that enable rapid, confident shipping.

You will work across backend, frontend, blockchain, and trading infrastructure to validate correctness, reliability, and performance under real trading conditions; this is an automated, AI-powered quality platform role.

Qualifications

Experience building internal QA platforms and tooling.
Design testing architecture for distributed systems (API, integration, E2E).
Experience with performance, load, and reliability testing (k6, Artillery, Gatling, Locust).
Strong observability and production debugging skills (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
Ability to debug distributed systems across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infra.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and evolve the quality engineering platform.
Define testing architecture across unit, integration, contract, API, and E2E testing.
Build and maintain reusable testing frameworks and developer tooling.
Develop AI-assisted QA workflows leveraging LLMs for test generation and failure analysis.
Create automated CI/CD quality gates and fast feedback loops.
Validate trading flows, order matching, routing, and settlement under real-world conditions.
