Job summary

TOKENINSIGHT SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior QA engineer focused on automation for a large-scale online platform. You will develop and maintain automated tests for web apps, APIs, and real-time messaging systems such as WebSocket.

The role emphasizes building automation frameworks, implementing regression and E2E test scenarios, and applying AI-assisted testing tools to improve efficiency and product quality. Collaboration with product managers and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of software testing experience, including 2+ years in test automation or development.
• Proficient in Python or Java with strong coding fundamentals and good software engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and performance tools such as Pytest, Playwright, Appium, JMeter, K6, Locust.

Responsibilities

• Participate in functional, automation, integration, and performance testing for large-scale online platform systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases for web apps, APIs, and real-time messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, WebSocket).
• Contribute to or lead development of testing platforms, automation frameworks, and regression testing systems to improve efficiency.
• Explore and apply AI and LLM tools to enhance intelligent testing capabilities, including auto test case generation and defect analysis.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design regression and E2E test scenarios.
• Support performance, stability, and scalability testing activities and improve quality metrics and testing standards.
• Identify, track, and report defects and work with teams to resolve.
• Contribute to QA process and tooling improvements.
