Job summary

HTX in Singapore seeks a data and AI‑savvy project manager to lead cross‑agency data pipelines and ML/AI initiatives for public safety. You will coordinate stakeholders, ensure schedules and budgets, and drive system integration across teams.

Ideal candidates hold a tertiary CS/IS/Data Science degree with 5+ years in related tech domains; you’ll need strong skills in Hadoop, Spark, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms, plus solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

• tertiary qualification in computer science or quantitative field
• postgraduate qualifications and 5+ years in relevant tech domains may be senior
• strong project management and communication skills
• experience with big data, AI, and security policies

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within schedule and budget
• Provide regular updates to HTX management on milestones and expenditures
• Engage stakeholders to deliver systems and manage risks
• Oversee contractual and payment matters and SLA compliance
• Integrate hardware/software components per contractual requirements
• Collaborate with HTX and external agencies to ingest data
• Build data pipelines for analysis, ML, and visualization
• Ensure data quality and security
• Apply ML/AI techniques to problem statements
