The successful candidate will manage multi-disciplinary teams, align engineering scope with business needs, and drive continuous improvement while staying current with AI and software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering leadership experience with a focus on delivery.
• Hands-on 6+ years in software development and deployment pipelines.
• Experience in ML/AI platforms and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering, QA and DevSecOps across product teams.
• Define scope from features and oversee day-to-day development.
• Guide architectural decisions balancing trade-offs.
• Integrate ML/DevOps frameworks into development activities.
• Improve processes for reliability and maintainability of released software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape features meeting business needs.
• Mentor engineers and grow team capabilities.
• Foster learning and continuous improvement in the COE.
