Job summary

HTX is Singapore's Science and Technology agency that unites diverse scientific and engineering capabilities to develop operational AI solutions for public safety. We seek an experienced Engineer / Lead Engineer to join our AI team and shape our AI masterplan and governance framework.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement the AI strategy, establish governance metrics, and ensure responsible AI adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning, digital transformation or governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, data analytics and data governance.
• Strong communication, facilitation and cross-agency collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI masterplan and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop reports, dashboards and insights on AI adoption and governance outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate AI initiatives and resources.
• Establish metrics, KPIs and monitoring for AI governance effectiveness.
