STMICROELECTRONICS ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD is seeking an expert-level Technical Specialist in Artificial Intelligence to lead innovation and technical development across the organization. You will drive design, validation, and integration of advanced AI solutions in a semiconductor environment, aligning with standards and quality requirements.

The role demands deep AI, power semiconductor process knowledge, and the ability to guide cross-functional and international teams with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in the semiconductor industry with senior/principal-level contributions and autonomy.
• Advanced knowledge of power semiconductor processes and AI/ML/data analytics.
• Enterprise-scale experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Advanced programming and software architecture in Python/C++.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and validate AI/ML solutions for critical technical applications.
• Analyze complex requirements and translate into scalable AI use cases and roadmaps.
• Lead integration of AI models into enterprise systems and workflows.
• Partner with engineering, data, and product leadership to define robust solutions.
• Own model performance evaluations and governance actions.
• Direct proofs of concepts and end-to-end industrialization phases.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and present results to senior management.
