Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Data Science, or related discipline.

Job Purpose We are seeking an expert-level Technical Specialist in Artificial Intelligence to lead innovation activities and technical development within the organization.

The incumbent will operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction, driving the design, development, validation, and integration of complex AI-based solutions in a semiconductor industrial and technological environment, ensuring strategic alignment with company standards, engineering practices and quality requirements.

The position requires profound technical mastery, power semiconductor process know-how, a structured and analytical mindset and the independent capability to guide and influence cross-functional and international teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to autonomously oversee both experimental research and large-scale industrialization activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Independently architect, develop, and validate advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for critical technical applications.


• Autonomously analyze highly complex functional and technical requirements and translate them into scalable AI use cases and strategic roadmaps.


• Lead and take full independent ownership of the integration of sophisticated AI models into enterprise systems and workflows.


• Partner with engineering, data, and product leadership to define robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions.


• Own model performance evaluations and independently define overarching optimization and governance actions.


• Direct proof of concepts, advanced prototypes, and end-to-end industrialization phases with minimal supervision.


• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and industry best practices, acting as an autonomous technical authority.


• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and present strategic results to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.


• Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with senior/principal-level technical contributions and demonstrated autonomy in managing priorities, ambiguity, and tight deadlines.


• Advanced knowledge of power semiconductor processes, combined with authoritative knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.


• Deep expertise with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent at an enterprise scale.


• Advanced programming and software architecture skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.


• Comprehensive mastery of data preparation, complex model training, validation, and large-scale deployment.


• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for highly complex technical challenges.


• Strong communication skills to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical leaders.


• Exceptional ability to operate with profound autonomy, requiring minimal supervision to drive complex end-to-end technical lifecycles and influence a matrixed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in deploying embedded AI, edge AI, or industrial AI solutions at scale.


• Advanced knowledge of cloud environments, distributed architecture, and MLOps practices.


• Deep familiarity with software development processes, version control tools, and agile technical leadership.


• Extensive experience navigating and leading within complex international technical environments.
