Job summary

Reolink seeks an Artificial Intelligence Algorithms Specialist (Master/PhD) to develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning methods for intelligent surveillance solutions. You will train, evaluate, and fine-tune models, and guide data labeling for high quality datasets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models across devices and servers, stay ahead of AI trends, and contribute to innovative product capabilities in security applications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
• Familiar with machine learning and deep learning algorithms and state-of-the-art implementations.
• Strong programming in Python, C/C++, with solid mathematical understanding.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MxNet.
• Experience with CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, ViT and model improvements.
• Experience with neural network design, tuning, and optimization on various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Algorithm development and optimization of machine learning and deep learning methods.
• Training and evaluating AI models including neural networks and decision trees.
• Data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and guiding data labeling.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy models into production systems for surveillance/monitoring applications.
• Stay updated with AI/ML advances and explore new technologies to accelerate product capabilities.
• Document experiments and clearly communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
