Reolink is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer / Specialist (PhD holder) in Singapore. You will develop advanced AI algorithms for surveillance tasks, focusing on perception, tracking and optimization.

The role requires a PhD and strong ML/DL background, with hands-on Python/C++ coding and experience with ML frameworks. The position offers a five-day work week, medical benefits, and eligibility for yearly and performance bonuses.

Formación

• PhD required in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related areas.
• Familiar with machine learning and deep learning algorithms and keeping up with SOTA implementations.
• Strong programming in Python and C/C++, with exceptional coding skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and model deployment.
• Experience in ML/DL model architectures such as CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, ViT; able to improve models.

Responsabilidades

• Algorithm development for machine learning and deep learning models.
• Model training, evaluation, and optimization for real-world data.
• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data-labeling guidance.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy models into production systems.
• Research and implement new AI/ML techniques to enhance product capabilities.
