Job summary

Temasek seeks an experienced Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President, Agent Assurance Engineer to design and operate systems that verify, validate, and monitor Temasek's AI agents. You will shape agent behaviour through prompt engineering, context management, and governance frameworks, ensuring safe and compliant production deployments.

The role combines research-backed evaluation with practical engineering to manage agent drift, failures, and out-of-scope behaviour in complex investment

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, AI safety research, or related field.
• Experience evaluating, testing, or governing LLM/agentic AI systems required.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and context architecture for production agents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate agent harnesses and context engineering to shape agent behaviour within boundaries.
• Develop and maintain behavioural specifications and evaluation gates for production deployment.
• Build evaluation datasets, run red-team evaluations, and report remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with AI product teams to capture feedback and improve agent quality and safety.
