Job summary

Newbridge is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to own end-to-end agentic systems—from LLM orchestration to production deployment—with founders and leadership guiding technical direction.

You will architect autonomous agents, design multi-step reasoning and tool-use pipelines, and collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data lakes and feature stores are agent-ready, delivering reliable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production LLM agents / RAG systems.
• Strong Python, SQL, Spark experience.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Ability to translate complex data queries into natural language.
• Focus on reliability, safety and scalable ML operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end agentic systems stack from orchestration to deployment.
• Design multi-step reasoning, tool-use, and function calling pipelines.
• Build evaluation harnesses for agent reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure feature stores are agent-ready.
• Partner with product and research teams to ship with quality.
