Job summary

Newbridge Alliance Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Agentic AI Engineer/Architect to design, build, and scale autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. You will develop agent orchestration with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen, plus production-grade FastAPI services for deployment.

The role focuses on memory, context management, and scalable MLOps pipelines, with strong emphasis on system design, observability, and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and building autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks, and production-grade AI platforms.
• Experience with RAG, memory management, and context handling for agents.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents with tool-calling, planning, reasoning, and memory capabilities.
• Build multi-agent orchestration and workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs (FastAPI) for agent deployment.
