Job summary

Mavericks Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced Agile product delivery professional to drive discovery, refine product strategy and guide cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.

You will shape requirements, backlog items and acceptance criteria, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote best practices such as INVEST and vertical slicing across projects. This role prioritizes client value and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Agile software delivery (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP or Lean).
• Solid knowledge of Agile practices of product design & requirements engineering including epics, user stories and INVEST/DEEP principles.
• Applied a customer-centric mindset with Personas, Value Proposition and User Journeys.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience facilitating team ceremonies and backlog activities.
• Hands-on experience in visual modelling (BPMN, UML, story mapping).
• Experience with prototyping (wireframes, sketches & storyboarding).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business vision and project scope.
• Lead discovery through inception workshops and interviews to refine strategy and value.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate requirements as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to realize the product vision within timelines.
• Advise on Agile practices and promote INVEST, vertical slicing and quality.
• Create and manage epics, user stories, visual models, user flows and wireframes.
• Oversee the product backlog with prioritization and dependency management.
• Monitor metrics and support testing and user acceptance with clients.
• Contribute ideas and maintain a dynamic, inclusive work environment.
• Be flexible and open to feedback with a growth mindset.
