Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned Program Leader to spearhead large-scale aerospace programs in Singapore. You will oversee end-to-end program lifecycle, manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relations while aligning with customer needs and strategic goals.

As a key interface to airlines and service providers, you will drive risk management, feasibility assessments, and continuous improvement across the Avionics program management organization. Global travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of program management experience in aerospace or similar environments.
• Strong contract negotiation and program lifecycle management experience.
• Financial acumen related to pricing and commercial analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to travel across the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programs, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, budgets, and performance targets.
• Direct all program phases from inception through completion and adjust as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships, milestones, budgets, and customer commitments.
• Identify risks and issues, driving timely resolutions and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present value-stream strategies, progress updates, and results.
• Act as the primary interface to airlines, MROs, and service providers for in-service support.
