Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks a Program Management leader to drive large-scale aerospace programs in the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring schedules, budgets and performance targets. You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate with airlines and MROs, oversee risks, resource allocation, and contract modifications, and ensure customer commitments are met across lifecycle activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/Finance and 4+ years of program management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering/Business/Finance or related discipline.
• 4+ years of program management experience, preferably in aerospace or complex technical environments.
• Strong contract negotiation and program lifecycle management experience.
• Financial acumen related to program management, pricing, and commercial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to travel across the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programs, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, budgets, and performance targets.
• Act as the primary interface to airlines, MROs, and service providers for in-service product and program support needs.
• Drive in-service product performance metrics, including cost, quality, reliability, and delivery.
• Lead or support proposals, business plans, statements of work, and cost/schedule baselines.
• Support development and execution of product roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
