Zenith Infotech (S) PTE LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Advisor to support Institutes of Higher Learning on modernising academic and student administration estates, from strategy to adoption, anchored in enterprise applications and student management systems.

The role covers the student lifecycle end-to-end and includes interfaces with finance, HR and identity systems, governance, change management, and enterprise-scale design across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise apps with focus on student information systems.
• Involvement in multiple SIS implementations in senior roles.
• Hands-on design and configuration with major SIS platforms.
• Knowledge of Singapore higher education environment and reporting.
• Experience in consulting, SI, or software vendor settings.

Responsabilités

• Act as the functional and solution advisor on student system engagements.
• Advise on product and platform selection, including fit-gap against packaged systems and SaaS options.
• Distinguish sector standard practice from institution-specific practice.
• Shape integration and design across the broader application estate.
• Advise on release sequencing and change timing against the academic calendar.
• Advise on target operating model and change management.
• Advise on governance, delivery risk and mitigation, and review client deliverables.
• Serve as a trusted counterpart to client directors and academic leadership.
