Job summary

SUNBEAM M&E PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project manager for ACMV systems in Singapore. The role requires coordinating complex projects, supervising site work, and ensuring timely completion while managing budgets and manpower.

Candidates should have a mechanical engineering degree with at least 10 years’ ACMV experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Office. Multitasking across several projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years experience in ACMV system.
• Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• IT skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM.

Responsibilities

• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.
• Workout and maintain VO schedule and to final account with client / consultant.
• Raise RFI for any discrepancies.
• Attend all site, Architects & Consultants meeting.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementations.
• Monitor project costing, budget and schedule.
• Manage and planning manpower allocation.
• Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule.
• To interpret shop drawings and communicate with all site personnel.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim.
• Prepare sub-contractor payment response.
• To solve all technical issue.
