Job summary

vhl engineering pte. ltd. is seeking a senior ACMV/M&E Project Manager in Singapore to lead large-scale construction initiatives from planning through completion.

You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities. The role requires minimum 5 years of hands-on ACMV/M&E experience, strong leadership of site teams, and expertise in HVAC systems, shop drawings, and method statements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ACMV/M&E experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Lead and manage ACMV/M&E projects from planning to completion, on time and within budget.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts and scope of work.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Provide expertise in HVAC systems, chillers, ventilation and related mechanicals.
• Maintain project documentation and ISO quality records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, establish and manage site operations.
• Prepare and monitor schedules, manpower, resources, procurement and budgets.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements and RFIs.
• Monitor progress for safety, quality and compliance with specs.
• Lead project engineers and site supervision; manage VOs and claims.
• Ensure timely material availability and site readiness.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and report progress.
