Job summary

Oneglobal Broking Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to support finance operations across insurance broking and captive management, with exposure to IFRS 17 and IFRS 4.

You will manage accounts payable for insurance broking, assist captive accounting and reporting, and ensure accuracy of financial records across multiple entities. The role offers variety and scope to contribute to statutory reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in insurance broking, captive management, or financial services.
• Knowledge of IFRS with exposure to IFRS 17 and IFRS 4 beneficial.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently; good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Captive Insurance Accounting: maintain records for captive insurers and related entities.
• Record and reconcile premium, claims, reinsurance, investment income, and expenses.
• Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Support actuarial reporting, audits, regulatory filings, and board reporting.
• Insurance Broking Accounts Payable: process settlements, invoices and expense claims.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
