Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Singapore is seeking an experienced Captive Client Account Manager to lead client relationships for captive insurance clients, overseeing financial management tasks including management accounts, regulatory returns, and statutory reporting.

You will liaise with clients, colleagues, and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance, governance practices, and enhanced financial/operating efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CA/ACCA professional certification preferred.
• Proven experience in client account management or financial accounting in captive insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build client relationships.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with deadline discipline.
• Pro-active and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with captive insurance clients and ensure service excellence.
• Interpret MAS/ACRA regulations and ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
• Assist the Managing Director on project implementations.
• Manage treasury/investment functions and perform reconciliations.
• Oversee insurance and claims accounting for clients.
• Prepare budgets, policies and board materials; support governance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and regulators; provide statutory reporting.
• Take minutes and document decisions.
