Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Captive Account Manager to oversee captive insurance client portfolios, ensuring regulatory and financial compliance while serving as the primary liaison.

You will interpret MAS/ACRA guidelines, manage client relationships, prepare financial reports, budgets, and coordinate with brokers, actuaries, auditors and regulators to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in captive insurance or financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of MAS and ACRA regulations.
• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee captive insurance client portfolios and ensure end-to-end service.
• Liaise with brokers, regulators, actuaries, and auditors to coordinate requirements.
• Prepare management accounts and statutory/regulatory returns.
• Assist in budgeting and policy reviews.
