Job summary

Wee Hur Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive to manage accounting and financial operations.

You will maintain full sets of accounts including AP, AR and GL, prepare monthly management accounts, P&L and balance sheets, and support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with GST/IRAS filings are required. This role may involve liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualifications.
• Ability to maintain meticulous documentation and filing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, and balance sheets.
• Ensure accurate posting of revenue, expenses, accruals, and provisions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
