Qualifications

• Strong accounting knowledge and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and validation.
• Experience with full set of accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial statements, AP/AR listing.
• Petty cash and bank reconciliation processes.
• Data entry, sales reporting and validation of sales and expenses.
• Assists in budget/forecast and variance analysis.
• Full set accounts experience is desirable; guidance provided if needed.
• Consolidation of accounts experience is a plus.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Assets listing maintenance.
• Involve in inventory cycle count.
• Liaise with external parties (auditor, tax agent, Corp Sec, etc).
• Continuous process improvement and ad hoc projects involvement.
